Originally from the gentle shores of Nova Scotia, I experienced a profound awakening in 2015 that opened my heart to a deeper connection with spirit and healing energy. Since then, I’ve devoted my path to helping others release emotional and physical pain and rediscover their inner light.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher, intuitive healer, and practitioner of crystal and sound healing, I hold sacred space for transformation and self-love. Guided by empathy and compassion, my purpose is to help others heal from trauma and return to wholeness. I am also a grateful father of three beautiful sons, who remind me every day of the power of love, balance, and presence.

As a dedicated Spa Massage Practitioner and Reiki Master, I am passionate about supporting others on their journey toward healing and balance. With a deep sensitivity as an empath and intuitive, my approach integrates both physical and energetic modalities to help clients release trauma and restore harmony within. Rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from aligning with the natural energies of the universe and Mother Earth, I aim to create a nurturing space where each person can reconnect with their inner peace and vitality.
I am a proud mother of two and have a growing interest in herbal medicine and the holistic connection between body, mind, and spirit. I bring compassion, mindfulness, and a grounded presence to every session.
